1. What are the payment requirements?
Full payment or an approved deposit is required before production begins.
2. What are the artwork requirements?
Production-ready artwork should be a high-resolution PNG with a true transparent background, or an AI, EPS, SVG, or print-ready PDF file. Raster artwork should be clear, properly sized, and at least 300 DPI. Screenshots, photos of designs, blurry or pixelated images, unwanted backgrounds, and files requiring redrawing, sharpening, color separation, background removal, vector conversion, or other corrections are not production-ready. A $20 minimum fee applies when embroidery digitizing, vector conversion, or artwork cleanup is required. The final fee may be higher for extensive reconstruction, multiple design sizes, multiple placements, or separate files for different garments. Hat and left-chest embroidery may require separate digitized files. All fees are included in the quote and approved before production, and preparation fees are nonrefundable once work begins.
3. How long are the production timelines?
Production timelines vary by garment type and quantity. We provide a detailed quote with estimated lead times based on your specific order requirements.

5. Can I provide my own artwork?
Yes. Customers may submit production-ready artwork and must own or have permission to reproduce it. If the file is not production-ready, any required cleanup, vector conversion, or digitizing fee will be included in the quote for approval before work begins.
6. What are the available colors?
We offer a wide selection of standard colors for both DTF printing and embroidery. Please specify your preferred colors during the quote request process.
