Provide detailed specifications for your custom apparel order. All artwork must be provided in high resolution. Payment or an approved deposit is required before production begins.

Artwork Requirements & Fees

Please submit production-ready artwork as a high-resolution PNG with a true transparent background, or as an AI, EPS, SVG, or print-ready PDF file. Raster artwork should be clear, properly sized, and at least 300 DPI.

Screenshots, photos of designs, blurry or pixelated images, unwanted backgrounds, and files requiring redrawing, sharpening, color separation, background removal, vector conversion, or other corrections are not production-ready.

A $20 minimum fee applies when embroidery digitizing, vector conversion, or artwork cleanup is required. The final fee may be higher for extensive reconstruction, multiple design sizes, multiple placements, or separate files for different garments. Hat and left-chest embroidery may require separate digitized files because their dimensions and sewing requirements differ.

Any artwork or digitizing fee will be included in the quote and approved before production. Preparation fees are nonrefundable once preparation work begins. Customers must own or have permission to reproduce all submitted artwork.

DTF print-ready artwork: transparent PNG preferred; individual transfers also accept SVG or JPEG. Gang sheets require PNG. Raster artwork must be at least 300 DPI at the final print size. Include intended print width, height and placement in your notes. Do not mirror. Remove backgrounds unless they should print; preserve intended white lettering and outlines. Avoid blurry screenshots, enlarged low-resolution images and tiny details. PDF, AI, EPS and PSD source files may be submitted for preparation but are not automatically print-ready. Technical review is followed by final C&C inspection; you review the finished proof before production. Cleanup, recreation or digitizing may require an additional quoted fee.

Production Policy

Full payment or an approved deposit is required before production begins. We begin only after the customer approves the garment, color, sizes, quantities, print locations, deadline, artwork, and decoration method. Submitting this request confirms that the customer owns or has permission to reproduce the submitted artwork.
